Job DescriptionLead the future of supply chain excellence - join us as a Procurement Analyst, Raw Materials Logistics & Transportation to drive more sustainable category sourcing strategies and execution!

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to support reliable and costeffective logistics operations.
  • Recommend optimal Incoterms and transportation strategies by assessing risk, cost, and supplier capabilities.
  • Monitor international shipments to maintain accurate daily visibility, escalating delays and risks and supporting timely resolution with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Analyze logistics and inventory flow data to identify variances, inefficiencies, and potential costsaving or performanceenhancing opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reporting and dashboards covering shipment status, carrier performance, costs, and inventory impacts to support decisionmaking across procurement and operations.
  • Support contract and carrier management activities by gathering performance data, documenting service issues, and contributing to review discussions.
  • Maintain routing guidelines, documentation, and SOPs, helping ensure consistency and accuracy in transportation execution and compliance.
  • Assist with rootcause investigations into service failures or cost issues, coordinating inputs across carriers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planning, sourcing, operations, and transportation teams to ensure alignment on inbound flows, priorities, and risk areas.

This role is part of the Raw Materials Procurement team and is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of transportation activities for both domestic and international shipments. The Analyst will provide operational support across the supply chain by tracking shipments, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in identifying cost and service improvement opportunities. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and maintain visibility into transportation performance.

What You Will Do

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery

  • Maintain and update transportation data, reporting, and shipment visibility for internal stakeholders

  • Support inventory accuracy by monitoring raw material levels and escalating risks

  • Assist in analyzing transportation data to identify cost and service improvement opportunities

  • Coordinate shipment scheduling with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders

  • Support routing guide adherence and flag exceptions for review

  • Assist in resolving service-related issues and escalating as needed

  • Maintain KPI reporting (service levels, lead times, detention/demurrage, etc.)

  • Support communication between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution

  • Assist with documentation and compliance requirements for domestic and international shipments

  • Provide general operational and reporting support to Procurement, Planning, and Logistic teams

What You Will Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred

Experience

  • Basic understanding of transportation and supply chain operations

  • Familiarity with domestic processes preferred

  • Exposure to freight forwarding, carriers, or logistics providers preferred

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
