The Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the master schedule, managing daily staffing needs, organizing files and documentation, coordinating employee training, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and employees. Beyond completing assigned tasks, this individual proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, anticipates operational needs, and takes initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work autonomously, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, follows through on commitments, and takes ownership of outcomes. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency. Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
