Job Description
New Jersey Best Lawn Sprinklers & Fencing is looking for a highly organized Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to manage technician scheduling, routing, and service workflow.
This role is responsible for planning technician routes for upcoming service days, reviewing completed technician work, and ensuring jobs are properly released and scheduled efficiently. Once scheduling and routing are completed, the position will assist with incoming calls and support the office team.
This is a key operations role that helps keep technicians productive and customers serviced on time.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimize technician routes for upcoming service days
  • Schedule service appointments and organize technician workloads
  • Review technician work orders and release completed jobs
  • Ensure routes and schedules are efficient and organized
  • Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and job updates
  • Assist with answering customer calls and scheduling requests
  • Support daily office operations

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple technicians and schedules
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling or service software
  • Experience coordinating technicians in a service business (HVAC, landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, etc.) is strongly preferred
