Job description

*This is an upcoming role that our team will prioritize hiring for in the near future. If you're interested, we encourage you to apply now. Your application will be reviewed as soon as the official search begins.

Drive partner operations excellence. Power Coveo's growth through alliances.

Do you thrive at the intersection of data, systems, and partner-led growth?
As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst at Coveo, you'll scale and optimize the programs, processes, and insights that power our global partner ecosystem and fuel revenue through alliances.

You'll work closely with Partner, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to enable a high-performing go-to-market engine. This is a highly cross-functional role where analytical rigor meets strategic impact in a partner-driven, high-growth environment.

As our Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you will:
  • Own and optimize partner operations across the full lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to deal registration, pipeline management, and attribution.
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve partner programs for independent software vendors, global system integrators, and system integrators to align with Coveo's growth strategy.
  • Build scalable processes that improve partner performance visibility, data accuracy, and go-to-market efficiency across direct and indirect revenue.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key metrics such as partner-sourced and influenced annual recurring revenue, pipeline velocity, activation rates, and program return on investment.
  • Partner with Alliances leadership to forecast channel revenue and surface trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and IT to enhance the partner technology stack, including Salesforce partner relationship management, partner portals, attribution systems, and integrations with tools such as Marketo and Outreach.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 4+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Channel Programs within a technology or software company. Strong understanding of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline models, attribution frameworks, and co-selling analytics.
  • Proven experience supporting alliances, resellers, independent software vendors (ISVs), global system integrators (GSIs), or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners through process, data, and tooling optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce customer relationship management and partner relationship management (PRM), including reporting, dashboards, and data governance best practices.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling and analytical functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS).
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills — you know how to turn complex data into clear insights that drive decisions.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience with partner management or ecosystem tools such as Impartner, Crossbeam, Allbound, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with partner attribution models, market development funds tracking, and ecosystem analytics.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for analysis and financial modeling, or the ability to write basic structured query language queries for reporting.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for improving how teams work together across functions and partner ecosystems.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color?
You don't need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
