Rattache(e) au responsable senior des services partages CX, l'analyste des operations (specialise(e) en finance) joue un role cle dans la promotion d'une prise de decision fondee sur les donnees, de la performance operationnelle et de la visibilite financiere au sein de l'organisation.

Ce poste allie une expertise operationnelle a un sens aigu des finances, permettant ainsi aux equipes de mieux comprendre les facteurs de couts, d'ameliorer leur efficacite et d'etayer les decisions strategiques. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les equipes des operations mondiales (y compris la chaine d'approvisionnement), de la gestion des gammes de produits (PLM), des finances et de l'experience client (CX) afin de transformer les donnees en informations exploitables.

Votre journee en un coup d'oeil :

Analyse operationnelle et financiere

  • Analyser les donnees operationnelles et financieres afin d'identifier les tendances, les risques et les opportunites
  • Suivre les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI), notamment la performance en matiere de couts, les indicateurs d'efficacite et les niveaux de service
  • Participer a la creation et a la mise a jour de tableaux de bord et de rapports (par exemple, Power BI)
  • Fournir des informations exploitables pour ameliorer les performances operationnelles et financieres
  • Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes les strategies de tarification des produits, en garantissant un niveau de marge satisfaisant tout en faisant face a la volatilite du marche

Performance financiere et suivi des couts

Reporting et gestion des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI)

  • Developper, maintenir et ameliorer les cadres de KPI a l'echelle des operations
  • Garantir l'exactitude et la coherence des donnees entre les differents systemes (par exemple, CRM, ERP/F&O)
  • Automatiser les processus de reporting dans la mesure du possible afin d'ameliorer l'efficacite
  • Soutenir le reporting destine a la direction et les tableaux de bord de performance

Amelioration et optimisation des processus

  • Cartographier les processus existants et identifier les inefficacites ou les lacunes
  • Proposer et mettre en uvre des ameliorations visant a renforcer la performance et a reduire les couts
  • Soutenir les initiatives d'automatisation et d'optimisation des flux de travail
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de transformation transversales

Collaboration transversale

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans l'analyse operationnelle, la finance ou l'analyse metier
  • Licence en finance, gestion d'entreprise, chaine d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Solides competences analytiques et de resolution de problemes
  • Maitrise avancee d'Excel ; la maitrise de Power BI Co-Pilot, Claude ou d'outils similaires est un atout

Your team's dynamic:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of CX Shared Services, the Operations Analyst (Financial Focus) plays a key role in helping drive data-driven decision-making, operational performance, and financial visibility across the organization. 

This role combines operational expertise with strong financial acumen, enabling teams to better understand cost drivers, improve efficiency, and support strategic decisions. You will work cross-functionally with Global Operations (including Supply Chain), Product Line Management (PLM), Finance, and Customer Experience (CX )teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Your day at a glance:

Operational & financial analysis 

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities  
  • Monitor key KPIs, including cost performance, efficiency metrics, and service levels 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) 
  • Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance 
  • Align with internal stakeholders on product pricing strategies, ensuring a healthy level of margin while navigating market volatility

Financial performance & cost tracking 

  • Track and analyze key financial metrics such as buying price, inventory volume, quoting conversion, selling price, cost of goods sold and gross margins 
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in collaboration with PLM and Finance 
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency gains 

Reporting & KPI management 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI frameworks across operations 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP/F&O) 
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency 
  • Support executive-level reporting and performance dashboards 

Process improvement & optimization 

  • Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps 
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs 
  • Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization 
  • Contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives 

Cross-functional collaboration 

  • PLM: Forecast, buying and selling prices, inventory and lifecycle management 
  • Global Operations / Supply Chain: Cost drivers, operational efficiency 
  • Sales / CX teams: Performance insights and demand signals 

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, finance, or business analysis 
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI Co-Pilot, Claude or similar tools preferred 
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an asset
