Project Analyst
The Opportunity:
To grow and transition effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization such as merger or split-up, our clients need a change management professional who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
That's why we need you, an experienced project analyst who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and use your specialized experience to give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.
On our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, business analysts, and operations teams, you will identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will present the path forward, and the expected results, to your client.
This position centers on logistics management, business writing, and project analysis, offering you the opportunity to expand your expertise while supporting the advancement of mission-critical virtual training systems.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or logistics
  • Experience working with varied teams and as an integral member of client delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with inventory management, forecasting, procurement, and strategic partnerships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in support of project managers and day-to-day operations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Forklift Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of project management methods for planning, organizing, analyzing, and forecasting workforce, training, and supply requirements.
  • Ability to identify issues with program requirements and propose solutions through assessment and analysis
  • PMP certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
