Seeking a highly organized operations professional to lead financial administration, volunteer coordination, systems management, and day-to-day office operations for the Oasis Center. This role serves as a key operational partner responsible for reporting, budgeting, registration systems, participant communications, and process improvement. Ideal candidates bring strong financial, administrative, and leadership experience with the ability to manage complex operations while supporting a vibrant active adult learning community.
The ideal candidate is flexible, nimble, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment while overseeing and supporting a dedicated core of adult volunteers. Success in this role requires initiative, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining exceptional operational standards.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or administrative support role.
  • Experience working with older adults and with volunteers required.

Salary Range: Minimum 22.65/hour - Maximum 39.65/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
