Description
Responsible for managing assigned security initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. Leads security operations reporting and analysis by collecting, compiling, and distributing operational data and insights. Provides leadership with risk assessments, impact analysis, and actionable recommendations. Develops, updates, and maintains procedural documentation, job aids, and operational communications. Supports audits and reviews of security operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project execution for assigned security initiatives, including planning, coordination, and delivery
  • Collect, compile, and distribute reports related to security operations, projects, site startups, and program initiatives
  • Identify, recommend, and manage strategic projects to improve processes and support risk management objectives
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes and present findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Develop, update, and maintain procedural documentation, job aids, and operational support materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Draft and distribute operational communications, including bulletins and guidance for security personnel
  • Support audits, reviews, and compliance activities related to security operations
  • Document internal business processes, procedures, and standard operating practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of operations or project-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience supporting operational or security-focused programs
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to write clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate documentation and communications
  • Ability to analyze operational data and present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Active U.S. Passport (book required)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience using automation tools, including Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Background supporting security operations, compliance activities, audits, or regulated programs
