Job description

Copper River Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of a federal records and information management program in Rockville, Maryland. The Program Manager will be responsible for directing contract operations, managing personnel and resources, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and government stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex government contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contractual requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of records management, information governance, and federal compliance standards.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned task orders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance reports.
  • Monitor service level agreements and contract requirements.
  • Manage document processing and lifecycle records management activities.
  • Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues.
  • Interface with FDA CORs, technical staff, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee records inventories, file plans, and records disposition activities.

Essential Job Qualifications:
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Records Information Management-related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of records management project experience
    • Experience managing regulatory document processing operations
