The Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) works to support networks, schools, and families with all issues
related to special education including instruction, interventions, and legal and compliance support. OSD
provides the tools and resources to ensure that all students with disabilities receive a high-quality public

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Business Operations Administrator, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing program project plans in OSD by managing lifecycles of each project from beginning to end that includes tracking, analyzing project performance metrics, strategies to support and meeting performance benchmarks according to timelines. This is a full-time, exempt position that will be paid for time worked on a salary basis.
The Program Coordinator will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse departments to standardize and streamline
- operational workflows, implementing robust process controls that ensure fidelity to project specifications and strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards with Business Operations Administrator
- Manage the lifecycle of each project from beginning to end that includes tracking, analyzing project performance metrics, strategies to support, and meeting performance benchmarks according to timeline
- Develop project plans by defining project initiatives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with OSD leadership teams
- Lead risk management plans for each assigned project and identifying potential risks or issues that pertain to the project
- Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for each team in OSD
- Collaborate with high profile stakeholders with all department projects and effectively communicate with other stakeholders of issues and addressing them promptly
- Consult and advise departmental teams with streamlining processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
