Job description

These positions will work in multiple facets in production. It includes both team and individual settings performing a variety of tasks with machine operation and hand tools.
These positions are full-time and eligible for benefits after 60 days. Benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA with Employer Contribution, 401(k) with Company Match, Vacation time, Company Paid Holidays and more!
Positions can be for all shifts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Machine Operation that includes using various hand tools per production requirements
  • Responsible for cleaning and inspecting product equipment and materials
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Follow written and verbal instruction and demonstrated directions
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalence required
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Has ability to read, comprehend and write the English language as it relates to safety, job responsibilities, and other essential communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use hand tools and handheld measuring devices
  • Possesses basic math skills
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in technology including the ability to use computers, tablets and/or smartphones for communication and accessing work processes.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 250 pounds with proper equipment/techniques
  • Must be able to stand/walk for full shift (8-12 hours)
  • Perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, reaching and other physical movements
  • Ability to work with both hands on a constant basis
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced
