Job description

Position Title: Legal Operations Manager
This role is essential for overseeing legal operations and managing real estate closings within a small, dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate law and possess the ability to navigate various operational challenges. Attention to detail is crucial, as the position involves managing multiple ongoing probates and facilitating real estate transactions. The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency with technology and a forward-thinking mindset. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative workspace while ensuring the smooth execution of legal processes.
Legal Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage 80-100 ongoing probates and produce 20 estate planning packages weekly
  • Facilitate 10-20 real estate closings monthly, serving as a paralegal during in-person transactions
  • Oversee the drafting and execution of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, coordinating signing ceremonies and trust funding
  • Compile settlements and communicate effectively with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and builders

Legal Operations Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in real estate law, title insurance, or estate planning
  • Proficiency with technology and a strong understanding of operational processes
  • Comfort with AI and innovative approaches is preferred
  • Experience with Clio Manage, Lawmatics, and Qualia is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
