Role Expectations:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of engagements across cost reduction, EBITDA improvement, SG&A optimization, and operational transformation
  • Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for COOs, executive leadership teams, private equity sponsors, and lender stakeholders
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses, actionable workplans, and executive-level recommendations
  • Develop board-ready presentations, financial models, transformation roadmaps, and performance reporting models
  • Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and strategic problem solving
  • Implement process improvements across finance and operations to drive efficiency and business performance
  • Manage multiple workstreams while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high quality execution

Who We Are Looking For

Experience

  • 6-12 years of experience in management consulting, operational improvement, corporate strategy, PE portfolio operations, or related roles
  • Demonstrated track record of leading engagements or major workstreams delivering operational and financial improvement in PE-backed environments
  • Prior experience in strategy & operations consulting, banking, corporate strategy, private equity portfolio operations or private equity backed portfolio company
  • Exposure to PE-backed companies, private credit, or sponsor-driven environments strongly preferred
  • Experience in restructuring or turnaround contexts (e.g., A&M, AlixPartners, FTI) is a plus
  • Sector experience in manufacturing, business services, consumer products, industrials, healthcare, or logistics and supply chain preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Expert financial modeling capabilities and ability to work with large, complex operational and financial datasets
  • Strong operational intuition and ability to quickly understand business drivers across diverse industries
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality work under time pressure
  • Excellent executive communication skills - written, verbal, and visual
  • High credibility with senior operating executives and PE sponsors
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Strong understanding of how to apply AI and advanced analytics tools to performance improvement use cases

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain credentials a plus

Other

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed based on project requirements
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Salary Range: $125,000 to $215,000 per year.
