Job description

We are looking for a Dealer Performance Manager to support and grow a portfolio of dealership partners. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts using a consultative approach to strengthen relationships, optimize performance, and drive long-term retention and revenue growth. 

 
What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing dealership partners within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Analyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Present APCO/GWC products and value proposition to align with dealer needs
  • Negotiate renewals and contract terms to retain and expand business
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across dealership leadership teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and partner satisfaction
  • Travel regularly within your region to meet with dealership partners

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of automotive industry outside sales experience
  • Proven experience in consultative, relationship-based sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I products
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively (up to 75%)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in F&I management, dealership leadership, or performance consulting
  • Knowledge of reinsurance, retro programs, and back-end dealership operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience analyzing business performance data and developing strategic plans
