What you'll do:
  • Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership across the different ministry areas such as first-impressions, next steps, etc.
  • Coordinator midweek and weekend set-up and tear-down of the campus
  • Inspect rooms and building prior to events to make sure all requirements are met including temperature settings, doors and access, room configurations, and last-minute needs and details
  • Oversee and manage benevolence requests for the campus
  • Oversee and manage campus events such as baptism weekend, At the Movies, conferences, etc.
  • Develop and execute a weekend service culture team strategy
  • In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and lead weekend huddles
  • In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, prepare and drive the weekly staff meeting
  • In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, lead weekend services and ministries
  • In conjunction with the Campus Pastor, provide ministry alignment in keeping with strategic goals
  • Other duties as assigned by Campus Pastor

Skills & Experience you've had:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years ministry experience
