Description
The Operations Manager, in support of the Director of New Studio Openings and Operations, is responsible for the oversight of specific operational platforms, completing studio operations' activities, and support of New Studio Openings and training initiatives.  Ideally, this position would be based in or around the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; or Chicago, IL.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of New Studio Openings & Studio Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and assisting in operational projects and strategies.
  • Responsible for the Supply Ordering platform.  
  • Maintains monthly budgets, and office and medical supplies catalog, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of supplies and inventory. 
  • Responsible for Service Channel, partnering with the Construction Manager on certain projects.
  • Supports activities in Studio Management and Field Communication Platforms. 
  • Supports New Studio Opening Activities.
  • Evaluates studio operational processes and procedures, problem solves and presents new ideas.
  • Maintains and updates studio operations policies and procedures.  
  • Assists in training the field and reinforces consistency and compliance.
  • Executes required reporting for field leaders, including schedules as required. 
  • Partners with Headquarters Partners, as needed, for implementation and follow-up of Company and Studio initiatives and training tools to maximize the effectiveness of Operational systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Travel: This position requires extensive travel; 50%+

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements for the position 

To fulfill this role, the Operations Manager will possess a broad range of operational skills in a retail and/or Medical Spa/Studio environment.

Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience 
  • 3-5 years of med spa/studio or retail operations experience
Work Skills:
  • Highly effective organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel  
  • Exceptional communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Zenoti Studio Management Software and Service Channel Platforms; Plus
  • Works well under pressure; Proven time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
