The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and performance. This role involves managing multiple projects, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards. The role also includes mentoring associates, promoting ethical practices, and supporting organizational goals to deliver measurable results that benefit customers, associates, and stakeholders.
About the team:
The Operations Improvement team drives facility efficiency and service quality by optimizing processes and managing change. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team identifies performance gaps, analyzes data, and implements scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals. They standardize best practices and build capabilities to ensure consistent operations across facilities. Focused on reducing delays, enhancing resource utilization, and strengthening execution, the team supports sustained performance improvements. Their efforts contribute to advancing key initiatives that improve daily operations and long-term business outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching to build a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage projects by defining scope, establishing milestones, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders.
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and communicate changes to ensure alignment and behavior change.
  • Support continuous learning and adaptability by monitoring program performance and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
