As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily scheduling and deployment of company resources to meet customer needs with a strong emphasis on safety, asset utilization, and cost efficiency. Your goal will be to provide exceptional leadership that enhances operational performance and fosters strong relationships with both employees and customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to support day-to-day operations while building a high-performing, safety-driven team committed to service excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations focusing on equipment service, distribution, and storage activities

  • Monitor and analyze performance data, identify areas needing improvement, and develop strategies to optimize operations

  • Monitor and assure compliance in areas including safety/health/environmental, State Code requirements and Federal Regulations, including DOT and Hours of Service

  • Coach, motivate and energize the Service and Delivery teams which includes monitoring employee performance, implementing individual development plans/ activities and initiating/coordinating training

  • Manage the vehicle fleet which includes coordinating vehicle preventative maintenance, repairs, and licensing

  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives

Your Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
