Operations Key Account Manager - CAN (OKAM)

Your role on the team: (job description)

  • Leads and attends periodic business review meetings, creates minutes of the meetings and actions the items to be improved or changed
  • Addresses all customer issues, concerns and requests using a strategic direction which includes a detailed communication strategy that engages Senior Management with assigned customers
  • Sets up Customer within IT systems to ensure operational handling, visibility (track& trace) and reporting together with Customer Implementation
  • Initiates and leads yield improvement process for business below or above target levels
  • Performs in-depth business process and supply chain analysis to identify weak points and opportunities for improvements constantly
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators, SOP compliance and implements corrective actions where necessary
  • Ensures operations internal & external customer quality goals per Customer Standard Operating Procedure (CSOP)
  • Works with product to build solutions for customers to improve reliability and reduce costs

What you need: (requirements)

  • Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Proven to ability to lead problem resolution and participating in corrective actions to mitigate loss & avoid repeats
  • Track record of establishing operational SOP’s and conducting reviews
  • Taking ownership of and professionally overseeing customer escalations is critical
