Job description

Filiale exclusive de la Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, CDPQ Infra agit a titre de donneur d'ouvrage et de maitre d'oeuvre pour de grands projets d'infrastructures publiques. Nous assumons la responsabilite de toutes les phases des projets : conception, planification, financement, developpement de projet, strategie d'approvisionnement, realisation et exploitation.
CDPQ Infra est notamment responsable du deploiement du Reseau express metropolitain (REM) dans le Grand Montreal et de la mise en uvre du projet TramCite a Quebec. CDPQ Infra est aussi membre du groupe Cadence, qui a remporte l'appel d'offres du gouvernement federal pour le projet de train a grande vitesse Alto dans le corridor Quebec-Toronto.

Travaillant au sein de l'equipe du Projet REM.


Responsabilites principales

  • Centraliser et fiabiliser les donnees sur les actifs en developpant une base de donnees consolidee des actifs du REM;

  • Definir et recolter aupres des differentes equipes internes les caracteristiques generales, fonctionnelles, techniques et financieres des actifs;

  • Definir et collecter aupres du mainteneur (GPMM) les donnees utiles provenant de la maintenance pour identifier les besoins en maintien d'actifs;

  • Creer et documenter tous les champs de la base de donnees et structurer l'information dans un objectif de gerer les actifs sur leur cycle de vie;

  • Rechercher, consulter et analyser la documentation existante a travers les systemes de gestion documentaire electronique ainsi que les systemes de gestion des infrastructures, notamment les documents d'ingenierie du projet du REM et les actes immobiliers;

  • Mettre a jour l'information immobiliere sur tous les lots de terrain et droits immobiliers detenus par le REM.


Exigences du profil

  • Etudesau baccalaureat en genie civil;

  • Habiletes: leadership, initiative, rigueur, habiletes de communication, esprit d'analyse et sens de l'organisation.
