MacDonald Search Group a été mandaté pour recruter un Gestionnaire des opérations -Entrepôt pour une organisation spécialisée œuvrant dans le secteur des matériaux et de la logistique aérospatiale, basée à Saint-Laurent, Montréal. Ce poste s’adresse à un leader opérationnel terrain, débrouillard et structuré, possédant une solide expérience en logistique et en coordination des flux de travail, capable de gérer des équipes et d’assurer l’excellence opérationnelle dans un environnement réglementé et dynamique.
Fonctions essentielles :
  • Coordonner les activités quotidiennes de l’entrepôt et des opérations entre les équipes, selon une approche de fournisseur/client interne
  • Superviser les processus opérationnels incluant la saisie des commandes clients, la création et l’exécution des bons de travail, la consommation des matériaux, les expéditions et la documentation
  • Gérer les activités logistiques et d’expédition afin d’assurer des livraisons exactes et dans les délais
  • Assurer le respect des procédures internes, des normes de qualité et des processus opérationnels
  • Promouvoir une culture industrielle structurée alignée avec les standards et exigences du secteur aérospatial
  • Animer des rencontres quotidiennes de suivi afin de revoir les priorités, les actions en cours et les risques opérationnels

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and operations activities across teams using an internal supplier/customer mindset
  • Oversee operational workflows including sales order entry, work order creation and execution, material consumption, shipments, and documentation
  • Manage logistics and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational processes
  • Promote a structured industrial culture aligned with aerospace standards and expectations
  • Lead daily touch-base meetings to review priorities, open actions, and operational risks
  • Monitor workload and manpower utilization across activities
  • Prepare and present monthly operational and performance reports to ownership
  • Coordinate, motivate, and support team members while identifying training and development needs
  • Act as a key problem-solver, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency when operational challenges arise
