Une entreprise canadienne bien établie dans le secteur du retail mode et lifestyle est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire des opérations magasins pour joindre son équipe située dans son bureau chef, à Saint-Laurent, dans l’ouest de Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu contribueras à l’amélioration des opérations magasins, à l’uniformisation des processus et au développement des équipes à travers un réseau de plus de 200 magasins au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes magasins, les Store Managers, les opérations, les ressources humaines, le marketing et différents départements internes afin d’assurer une exécution efficace, cohérente et orientée performance.

Tes responsabilités :
  • Supporter l’amélioration et l’uniformisation des processus opérationnels en magasin, notamment sur les volets OMNI, inventaire, ventes et standards d’exécution
  • Développer, structurer et déployer des initiatives de formation afin de renforcer la performance et la constance des équipes magasins
  • Collaborer avec les Store Managers et les équipes internes afin d’assurer une bonne compréhension et application des meilleures pratiques opérationnelles
  • Analyser les enjeux terrain, identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et proposer des solutions concrètes pour optimiser la performance des magasins
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes du siège social, les magasins et les différents départements afin d’assurer l’alignement des priorités opérationnelles
Profil recherché :
  • 5 ans et plus d’expérience en opérations retail, gestion de magasin, supervision régionale ou gestion multi-sites
  • Profil orienté KPI, performance, exécution terrain, amélioration continue et développement des équipes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité d’adapter son discours entre le siège social, les magasins et différents départements internes
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais requis afin de collaborer avec des équipes au Canada et aux États-Unis

A well-established Canadian company in the fashion and lifestyle retail sector is currently looking for a Store Operations Manager to join its team at its head office in Saint-Laurent, West Montreal.
In this role, you will contribute to the improvement of store operations, the standardization of processes, and the development of teams across a network of more than 200 stores in Canada and the United States.
You will work closely with store teams, Store Managers, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and various internal departments to ensure efficient, consistent, and performance-driven execution.
