Job Summary:
The Airports Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the airport advertising program on-site. This role involves daily operations at the airport, collaborating closely with Regional Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients, as well as coordinating with Airport Management to implement and maintain sales opportunities and inventory. The Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing airport operations, and driving continued revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manages advertising program assets, operations, and in-field personnel at the airport.
  • Serves as the front line of operations, ensuring high-level service, urgency, and communication with airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients.
  • Oversees ad program inventory, maintaining it in 'like new' condition and adhering to company standards.
  • Troubleshoots and implements action plans for repairing or replacing inventory to maximize up-time.
  • Monitors digital advertising networks and client content through the CCA digital content management system.
  • Coordinates with third party service and tech support contractors for troubleshooting printed and digital inventory.
  • Conducts weekly market program audits to ensure the functionality and cleanliness of advertising displays.
  • Provides Proof of Posting photographs of client campaigns per company POP Policy and industry standards.
  • Collaborates with the Regional Operations Manager to create and manage the capital investment budget for revenue-generating resources and operational expenses.
  • Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience
  • Five (5) + years of related work experience, preferably in the field of Project Management and/or facilities maintenance. Prior experience in Airport Operations is a plus.

Skills
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment.
  • Duties are occasionally performed in the evening or late-night hours.

Other Requirements
  • Ten (10) year FBI Background check required for airport security badging process.

The Targeted Compensation Range for this ILLINOIS position is:
Min: $76,000
Max: $86,000
Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
