Job Summary: The Intern will be exposed to various aspects of the Operations Department and will receive hands-on experience in specific tasks or projects relevant to the role. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting and gain a better understanding of the industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrates exceptional internal and external service with clients, along with the core values: Integrity, Commitment and Performance.
  • Support team members or supervisors in daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
  • Draft documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

Education and Experience:
  • Current enrollment for a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; Associate's degree from a year-year college, university or technical college and one to two years related experience and training desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with accounting software, database software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time. Lift up to 15 lbs.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 20 USD per hour (Illinois)
