Job Overviewย 

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the operations of a service site, ensuringย optimalย performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will mentor a team to uphold the organization's central beliefs and toย perform inย their respective functions. Your key responsibilities will include safety leadership, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer account management.ย You'llย be responsible forย technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuringย optimalย turbine performance.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Cultivate an environment focused on safety at the site, promoting continuous improvement in safety performance.ย 
  • Develop and empower your team to efficientlyย operateย and maintain wind turbine plants.ย 
  • Establish robust partnerships with clients to guarantee the fulfillment of contractual commitments.ย 
  • Manage costs adequately to meet budgetary targets for service contracts.ย 
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and diagnostic efforts to improve turbine performance

Competenciesย 

  • Proficient in business management, with capabilities in fiscal oversight and assessing organizational effectiveness.ย 
  • Experience in coaching and motivating teams.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in safety programs, practices, and procedures.ย 
  • Highly motivated and accountable, withย a proficiencyย in problem-solving and continuous improvement.ย 
  • Previousย budgeting and project management experience.ย

Qualificationsย 

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.ย 
  • Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.ย 
  • A technical background is beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.ย 
  • Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.ย 
  • Valid driver's license and passport.ย

  • Ability toย observeย training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest & High Angle Emergency Decent, and Confined Space.ย 
  • Ability to fullyย participateย in all training courses, includingย controlledย decent practical exercises.ย 
  • Due to safety parameters of fall protection equipment, the total weight of required PPE and gear shall weigh 300lbsย or less while being worn. Required PPE and gear can weigh up to 40 lbs.ย
