Position Summary

Manages the terminal operations of the organization by implementing processes and procedures to maximize profitability and optimization.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Manages the daily terminal operations to ensure all operations are running efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitors terminal and employee operations to meet and exceed service level agreements.
  • Audits current operations and finds areas of improvement.
  • Oversees the maintenance and repairs of the terminal's fleet management assets.
  • Creates and presents status reports to leadership on terminal operations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
  • Strategically allocates resources to meet operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of terminal operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management tools.
