The on-site Operations Manager focuses on the front-of-the-house operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue, and creating an efficient operation. This role oversees frontline employees, supports daily operations, and may partner with the Senior Customer Operations Manager to lead a brand, department, or location function. Responsibilities include team leadership, operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, budget management, and vendor partnerships to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
