Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Boot Solutions originated from Powder House Ski Shop in Alta, Utah-Utah's original ski shop, established in 1953. We've combined decades of custom bootfitting expertise with cutting-edge technology, allowing skiers to scan their feet from anywhere and receive a personalized boot fit. Using CAD software and our 7-axis robotic milling system, we create precision foam foot replicas that allow custom boot work to be completed remotely.

About the Position

Boot Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Production Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations and lead our warehouse team. This role is responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality control, supervising employees, troubleshooting production challenges, and supporting customer service related to our custom bootfitting process. The ideal candidate is an experienced bootfitter with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

As the Warehouse Production Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily production scheduling, inventory organization, quality assurance, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations while ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of production. You'll train and mentor employees, establish production priorities, monitor performance, and step into any area of the workflow when needed. This position also works directly with customers to resolve fit concerns, warranty requests, returns, and technical questions, while collaborating with leadership to improve processes as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications
  • Extensive ski bootfitting experience
  • Previous leadership, warehouse management, or operations management experience
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to train, mentor, and supervise employees
  • Experience managing workflow, production scheduling, and quality control
  • Experience handling customer concerns, returns, and warranty issues
  • Comfortable troubleshooting production equipment, operational processes, and workflow challenges
  • Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Advanced or expert skier preferred
