Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Learning Operations Manager to support the successful delivery of instructor-led training (ILT) programs across North America.
In this role, you will own how training engagements are planned, organized, and executed end-to-end-ensuring every delivery is structured, ready, and runs smoothly from kickoff through completion.
Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every training engagement is well-planned, fully prepared, and delivered without operational friction.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong project management experience in training or learning environments who thrives on managing details, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.
What You'll Do:
  • Run the operational delivery of instructor-led training engagements from confirmed sale through completion
  • Partner with internal teams to align scheduling, course materials, and delivery readiness
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure training engagements are clearly defined, properly scoped, and set up for success
  • Drive execution across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and dependencies are managed effectively
  • Ensure instructors and customers are fully prepared and aligned ahead of each session
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep delivery on track
  • Maintain clear visibility into delivery status, schedules, and key milestones
  • Continuously improve how training engagements are run by identifying inefficiencies and strengthening processes

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience running operations, delivery, or project-based workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in training, learning, or services delivery environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Highly detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action, structure, and follow-through
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration platforms

Compensation and Travel:
• Final compensation determination is dependent on experience, location and market
• The range for this role in NYC is $150-170K plus an annual company bonus
• There may be occasional visits to our NYC office for team meetings
• NOTE: Employees based in the metro NYC area are required to work two days per week in our midtown Manhattan office, with one of the two days being Tuesday, when we provide lunch for the office.
