Job description

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager, Startup Ecosystem to drive execution across Nebius' startup-driven initiatives turning ecosystem strategy into high-impact, scalable outcomes.

This role sits at the center of our ecosystem motion, owning end-to-end delivery and coordination of key initiatives across the Startup & Venture organization and broader GTM teams. This role will report directly to the VP of Global Startup Ecosystem.

This is not a traditional project management role - you will operate as a strategic planner and executor, ensuring ecosystem efforts are structured, aligned, and executed with rigor.

 What You'll Do

Lead End-to-End Execution of Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive execution of key ecosystem initiatives across the four core pillars within the Startup & Venture organization
  • Own timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept launch post-mortem
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in a structured, repeatable, and scalable way

Ecosystem Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Own alignment across ecosystem initiatives and GTM motions to ensure cohesive execution across teams
  • Act as the central orchestrator across Sales, Marketing, Verticals, BDR, Channels, Product, and regional teams
  • Ensure initiatives are not run in silos, but as part of a coordinated, multi-touch system
  • Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts across initiatives to maximize impact
  • Drive execution cadence, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify overlaps, gaps, and sequencing issues - and resolve them proactively
  • Remove blockers and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently

Translate Strategy into Execution

  • Work closely with leadership to operationalize ecosystem strategy into clear, actionable project plans
  • Break down ambiguous goals into structured workflows, milestones, and ownership
  • Bring rigor, clarity, and accountability to execution in fast-moving environments
  • Ensure consistency in how initiatives are planned and executed across teams and regions

Enable Pipeline Through Ecosystem Initiatives

  • Partner with internal teams (Venture, community, industry), Sales, and BDRs to ensure initiatives are designed and executed to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration
  • Ensure clear ownership and handoffs across teams and improve visibility and coordination across the funnel:
  • Track how opportunities are sourced and progress across stages
  • Identify breakdowns in conversion and engagement
  • Align with GTM teams on:
  • Target accounts and quarterly priorities
  • Consistent messaging and outreach across touchpoints
  • Continuously refine how ecosystem initiatives translate into high-quality, well-coordinated opportunities

Project Operations & Execution Excellence

  • Define clear success criteria for each initiative:
  • Delivery against scope, timeline, and quality
  • Stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
  • Adoption and engagement
  • Establish strong project governance and execution cadence:
  • Milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk management
  • Clear ownership and accountability
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies:
  • Improve workflows, coordination, and cross-team collaboration
  • Standardize processes to increase scalability and repeatability
  • Build playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent execution across initiatives
  • Continuously improve the speed, clarity, and effectiveness of delivery

Who You Are

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Project management, Program Management, GTM operations in tech companies
  • Strong executor with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving environments
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Startup and VC ecosystem
  • GTM and pipeline generation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Bonus:

  • Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional, and complex initiatives with strong, measurable outcomes
  • Experience in AI, cloud, or leading technology companies
  • Strong understanding of the startup and venture ecosystem

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
