COMMAND provides commercial janitorial, day porter, healthcare environmental services, floor care and restoration, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, specialty cleaning, and facility support services throughout Colorado.
Position SummaryAs an Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial accounts throughout the Denver Metro Area while serving as the primary contact for clients. You'll lead supervisors and frontline employees to ensure exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations for multiple commercial facilities
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees
- Lead supervisors and janitorial staff
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve customer concerns
- Build strong client relationships
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor hours, payroll, and account budgets
- Coordinate specialty cleaning services
- Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
- Conduct employee training and safety meetings
- Manage equipment, inventory, and supplies
- Support new account transitions
- Utilize company software to manage inspections and work orders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing labor budgets and employee performance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
- 3+ years of Operations Management experience
