On-Call Movers & Moving Crew Members PDX Movers – Houston, TX

What You'll Be Doing

  • Loading and unloading household and commercial items
  • Wrapping, protecting, and securing customer belongings
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking services
  • Carrying furniture up and down stairs
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a moving crew
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout each move

Who We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (Helpful but not required) (English, Spanish)
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Able to lift 100+ lbs. with team assistance when needed
  • Comfortable working in Houston's heat and physically demanding conditions
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
  • Weekend availability

Experience in moving, warehouse work, delivery, construction, logistics, or general labor is helpful — but not required. We'll train the right people.

Pay

  • Entry-Level Movers (MIT): Starting at $14.00/hr
  • Experienced Movers: Up to $16.50/hr
  • Crew Leaders: Up to $19.50/hr
  • Driver/Crew Leader Positions: Up to $22.00/hr
  • Keep 100% of tips earned . Tips are common on most jobs — crew members typically earn $20–$40 per job, per person, based on the customer. Work multiple jobs in a day and those tips add up fast.
