Inside Sales Representative - Moving Services ("Move Expert")
Our Move Experts work in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment with uncapped commission. First-year total compensation (base + commission) typically ranges from $60,000-$70,000 for top performers, plus profit share and a strong benefits package.What You'll Do
  • Pursue and consistently exceed key performance metrics across outbound and inbound call campaigns
  • Own the customer relationship end to end - problem-solving, retention, and satisfaction
  • Use our CRM to nurture warm phone and web leads, book requested services, and expand customer profiles through upsell offers via phone, text, and email
  • Collaborate with a team of teammates, customers, and drivers to reach shared goals
  • Stay sharp through ongoing sales and product training
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing service role
  • Warm, enthusiastic, empathetic communicator with a consultative selling style
  • Clear communicator across phone, in-person, and digital channels
  • Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Team-oriented with a strong commitment to results
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus, not required
