This is a manufacturing operations position. 

Our company is a leading single-source integrated provider of specialized millwright, fabrication, rigging, and high-value resinous flooring drain solutions that maximize facility run-time and enhance employee and food safety in industrial facilities. Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly talented individual to help transform our newly acquired mechanical business. The Operations Manager oversees all day-to-day field and shop operations for the company's mechanical and industrial service projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Operations Manager serves as the key link between project management, field supervision, clients, and executive leadership.
Operational Leadership

•        Manage and coordinate all field and shop activities, including fabrication, installation, maintenance, and shutdown work.
•        Plan manpower, equipment, and material resources to meet project schedules and budgets.
•        Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all job sites.
•        Monitor performance metrics (labor utilization, productivity, job costing) and drive continuous improvement.
Project Execution

•        Oversee the scheduling and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
•        Support project managers and foremen in meeting deadlines, scope, and client expectations.
•        Participate in project kickoffs, progress reviews, and close-out meetings.
•        Resolve operational challenges and proactively mitigate risks.
People Management

•        Lead and mentor field supervisors, foremen, and shop personnel.
•        Support workforce development, training, and performance evaluations.
•        Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
