Fulfilling role as the Production Manager, where you will oversee the operations, including Molding, Finishing, Assembly, and Inventory Management. Your goal is to lead the team collaboratively to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals with a team player mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently assign and prioritize work schedules.
  • Mentor and coach employees for improved performance with genuine enthusiasm.
  • Examine processes to optimize resource utilization with an innovative mindset.
  • Meet daily production schedules and uphold a commitment to timely product and service delivery.
  • Drive capacity and productivity improvements, injecting energy into the operational processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Guide the team to achieve a higher First Pass Yield (FPY).
  • Continuously reduce scrap year over year, analyze production costs to identify areas for improvement, sparking enthusiasm for efficiency.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with inventory management with precision.
  • Oversee tooling maintenance and ensure timely equipment calibration with dedication.
  • Create and manage the department's budget, infusing excitement into financial management.

  • Coach and develop the next level of operations/production management and staff with passion.
