  • Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and technical documents.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings in the company’s maintenance management system.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with production and department leadership to maximize machine uptime and operational effectiveness.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

The Injection Molding Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding equipment and related auxiliary systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.
