Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support day-to-day business operations at our water treatment company. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with both administrative and operational tasks in a professional office environment. The role will include computer work, internet work, website updates, intranet support, and workflow coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general operations and administrative tasks.

  • Perform computer work, including data entry, document preparation, and spreadsheet updates.

  • Conduct internet work such as online research, vendor lookups, tracking information, and gathering business-related data.

  • Assist with website updates and basic website content maintenance.

  • Support intranet updates, organization, and internal communication tools.

  • Help track workflow processes and support day-to-day process coordination.

  • Organize files, records, reports, and internal documents.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
