Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour.

Must be 21+ for this role.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service
  • Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling
  • Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling
  • Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels
  • Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.)
  • Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles
  • Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned 

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
  • A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state
  • A proven history of exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer and POS system proficiency
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Legal age to stock and sell regulated products
  • Strong attention to detail and a history of being self-motivated
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment 

This is a transitional position. Store Managers in Training are expected to move into a leadership role within the company after completing the training program 

Physical Requirements: 

  • While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65lbs
  • Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
