Leveraging our people, technology, and best practices, we improve and automate complex business processes across middle and back offices-while enhancing customer experience transformation.

We are seeking a seasoned Claims Insurance Business Operations Senior Manager to lead large-scale life and wealth insurance operations within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This position oversees end-to-end business operations and process improvement initiatives, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations focused on efficiency, quality, and compliance across multiple functional teams.

  • Supervise and mentor a multi-operational team of 200+ employees, including managers, senior analysts, and analysts.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.

  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure all teams meet or exceed established performance targets, SLAs, and quality standards.

  • Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational objectives.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, efficiencies, and strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in Life & Annuity Claims industry, including at least 3+ years in a similar leadership role.

  • Proven experience in Life & Annuity Claim process operations and transaction management.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in US without requiring sponsorship now nor in the future

  • Strong proficiency in business process management, optimization, and performance improvement.

  • Experience working with 2-3 or more life insurance companies or TPA/BPO service providers.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver operational excellence in high-volume environments.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience driving digital transformation and process automation within insurance operations.

Additional Details
  • Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST

  • Travel: Occasional (approximately once per month within the U.S.)
