L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Huntsville, Al team.

The Operations Management Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
  • Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
  • Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
  • Plan the production for each week.
  • Address all issues reviewed with team.
  • Approve team member's time.
  • Review metrics for improvements.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant Operations Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Operations Management experience.
