Our client is a highly regulated manufacturing organization in the biotech/pharma space operating in a fast-growing, quality-driven environment. Based out of Durham, NC, they are looking to hire a Senior SAP EWM / Manufacturing Integration Lead on a full-time (direct hire) basis. This is a true hands-on ownership role in a live S/4HANA RISE environment — not a slide-deck lead and not a ticket-taker. The #1 feature of this opportunity is the chance to own and stabilize a critical SAP EWM + Manufacturing landscape post-go-live, while directly influencing how warehouse and production teams operate day to day.

  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience
  • 3+ years working in SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Strong SAP EWM configuration and execution experience
  • Proven integration of SAP EWM with Manufacturing (PP / PP-PI / process orders)
  • Experience supporting warehouse execution in manufacturing (staging, GI/GR, batch management, replenishment, physical inventory)
  • Post-go-live and stabilization experience, ideally in RISE with SAP
  • Background in highly regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, CDMO, or similar)
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP operational issues end-to-end
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite

  • Strong familiarity with Fiori apps, IDocs, BAPIs, and interface troubleshooting

  • Act as the hands-on functional owner for SAP EWM and manufacturing integration
  • Support and optimize inbound/outbound, staging, GI/GR, batch handling, replenishment, and physical inventory
  • Troubleshoot EWM and PP integration issues in a live production environment
  • Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, supply chain, and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution
  • Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and post-go-live stabilization
  • Create functional documentation, SOPs, and provide user training
  • Drive continuous improvement and reduce manual workarounds
