Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join their high-impact banking project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot, with expertise in DevOps practices, tools, and AWS deployments to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines while integrating security tools and automating infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a mission-critical banking project by ensuring robust, secure, and efficient DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to support Java-based microservices built with Spring Boot.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Integrate Veracode and Qualys security tools into DevOps pipelines to ensure code security and regulatory compliance.
• Deploy applications using AWS ECS and Lambda.
• Utilize AWS Secrets Manager and other AWS-native tools for secure and efficient application management.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks.
• Implement and manage Docker containers for application deployment, scaling, and orchestration.
• Leverage a wide array of DevOps tools and best practices to deliver reliable solutions and resolve technical challenges.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies to drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10–12 years in DevOps, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
