The Senior Manager, Operations - Operations Capability leads the integrated execution and modernization of Marketplace learning across Program Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Learning Operations, and Innovation. This role builds a global hub-and-spoke learning model, establishing scalable standards and core capabilities while enabling effective regional and BPO execution. The Senior Manager translates business strategy into an integrated learning portfolio, strengthens operating discipline, and leads cross-functional teams to improve associate readiness and performance. With a technology-forward mindset, this leader advances AI-enabled learning, automation, and modern learning solutions that increase speed, quality, scalability, and measurable business impact across Seller Support and Risk Operations.
About the team:
The Marketplace Learning & Development team builds the capabilities associates need to support sellers across Seller Support and Risk Operations. The organization brings together Program Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Learning Operations, Knowledge Management, Communications, and Innovation to create scalable learning and performance solutions for a global business. Working with Product, Operations, Technology, WFM, and BPO partners, the team connects business priorities and performance needs to learning strategies, delivery, and measurable outcomes. Through strong operating discipline, modern learning practices, and thoughtful use of technology, the team improves associate readiness and helps Marketplace scale globally with speed, quality, consistency, and impact.
What you'll do:
  • Lead integrated execution across Program Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Learning Operations, and Innovation.
  • Build and scale a global hub-and-spoke learning model with consistent standards and effective regional execution.
  • Translate business priorities into learning portfolios, roadmaps, capacity plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Modernize learning through AI, automation, emerging technologies, and streamlined operating practices.
  • Use data and business insights to improve readiness, quality, speed, and scalability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers while strengthening accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Remove barriers, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across the learning ecosystem.
