This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Manager based in Netherlands.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational workflows within a dynamic and fast-growing digital environment. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and external contributors, you will help coordinate processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvements across workflows and systems. This role combines operational excellence, stakeholder communication, process optimization, and problem-solving in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality, monitor task progression, and support scalable operational growth. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute directly to process development and efficiency initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Manage and support day-to-day operational activities across assigned workflows and contributor networks.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external contributors regarding tasks, processes, support requests, and operational inquiries.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on task progress, performance, feedback, and operational status.
  • Monitor workflow execution to ensure tasks progress efficiently and service-level expectations are met.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager, Operations Specialist, Project Coordinator, Support Manager, Account Manager, or similar operational role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and workflows simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive tasks through to completion.
