Within a growing business, you will be enabled to significantly add value to a diverse portfolio of existing products and assist in new product commercialization efforts from a quality perspective.## **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ● In a fast paced environment, this position is responsible for leading the Site Quality Team in addition to mentoring and leading the site through strategic and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide day to day supervision of the Quality team along with being an active leader within the Site’s Advanced Materials management team. ● Develop and mentor the Quality organization to support the company’s needs and growth. ● Lead and drive site specific quality goals to support ALAM global quality key performance indicators. ● Provide leadership to resolve customer product quality complaints and drive for robust corrective and preventive actions. Be the site champion to drive for resolutions to meet customer requirements, expectations and satisfaction. ● Lead implementation and deployment of internal processes and documentation necessary to meet internal and customer quality requirements. Manage, track and report on the progress achieved. ● Drive site quality culture with data and fact based decision methodology, promote quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, quality control plan, MSA. ● Champion and lead site continuous improvement activities to enhance quality management system and to drive for quality as differentiator. ● Partner with other site Quality Managers to develop and improve best practices. Standardize quality policies, workflows, procedures and work instructions. ● Lead site internal and external QMS and ISO audit. Coordinate and cooperate with the Central Quality Team for internal and ISO third party audit. ● Manage third party subcontractors on metrology and analytical support if required. ● This position includes various roles and responsibilities within operational systems to manage change, have effective document control, and manage data to authorize and approve materials for shipment to customers. These responsibilities can extend to support other regions of the world producing similar products. ● Adhere to all company safety procedures and standards with the understanding that all injuries are preventable through appropriate risk reduction ● Complete all assigned training.## **Are you a MATCH?****Required qualifications and experiences:** ● Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or higher, preferably Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. 10+ years of relevant working experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.● Min. 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment in the semiconductor, automotive, or other highly regulated related industries, preferably in multinational companies. ● Min. 5 years of leadership or managerial experience in a quality related function. ● Good understanding of semiconductor customer requirements and expectations. ● Experience in leading quality and/ or customer complaint investigations using 8D, 5 Why, cause & effect diagram, or other applicable tools. ● Strong English skills (verbal and written)**Preferred skills and experiences** ● An advanced working knowledge of Quality Management fundamentals including SPC, FMEA, MSA, statistical analysis, and other problem solving techniques. ● Strong knowledge in Quality Management System and system/ process auditing. ● Experience in leading quality improvement projects or kaizens. ● Knowledge of analytical techniques used for characterization of trace impurities in chemicals. ● Good knowledge in GC, FTIR and other inline analyzer equipment and sampling systems is an advantage. ● Laboratory experience is an advantage. ● Experience using SAP, LIMS and SPC software (such as JMP or Minitab). ● Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). ● Must be a team player and able to manage in a multicultural and diverse environment. ● Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. ● Certified ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ASQ CQA, VDA or other type of quality auditor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
