Job Description

TheM&ATechnology IntegrationProgram Manager within the Global Technology organization willberesponsible forleading the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure integration initiatives in support of mergers and acquisitions. This role owns theprogram managementof cloud, identity, collaboration, and end-user computing integrations, ensuring acquisitions are onboarded securely, efficiently, and with minimal business disruption.

This individual serves as the program management backbone for infrastructure integration, partnering closely with cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, identity, and end-user computing teams to drive cross-functional execution. In addition to infrastructure-led initiatives, the role contributes to broader M&A integration efforts, including application onboarding and migration activities.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Head of M&A Technology Integrations

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

InfrastructureIntegrationProgram Management

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure integration programs in support of M&A transactions, with a focus on cloud, identity, collaboration(M365), and end-user computing domains.

  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, anddeliverysequencing.

  • Coordinate execution across cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and end-user computing teams.

  • Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuringtimelyescalation andresolution.Ensure all migration activities align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.

  • Lead infrastructure cutover planning and execution to ensure secure, stable Day 1 readiness with minimal business disruption.

M&A Integration Support

  • Contribute to broader M&A technology integration efforts, including coordination with application and data workstreams.

  • Support technology due diligence activities by providing input on infrastructure complexity, risks, and integration considerations.

  • Assistin translating diligence findings into actionable infrastructure integration plans and timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Act as thecentral pointof coordination for infrastructure integration activities, ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready materials for senior technology leadership.

  • Facilitate working sessions, integration forums, and steering committees to drive alignment and decision-making.

  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

  • Proactivelyidentifyintegration risks, dependencies, and constraints across infrastructure and related technology domains.

  • Partner with functional teams to define mitigation strategies and drivetimelydecisions.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements throughout integration activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or relatedfield.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology program or project management roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformation programs, including cloud and Microsoft 365 migrations.

  • Strong domain knowledge across infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms (Azure preferred), identity and access management, collaboration platforms (M365), networking, and cybersecurity.

  • Experienceoperatingin complex, matrixed organizations, with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.

  • Proven experience developing and managing program artifacts such as detailed project plans, RAID logs, executive status reports, and governance materials.

  • Experience supporting M&A technology integrations, including participation in infrastructure onboarding or Day 1 readiness activities, is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$160k - $190k
