Job description

Integration Manager

The Integration Manager is an operations function that reports to the regional Do Work leader and the National Integration Manager. They support project teams across regions and contribute to company-level initiatives.

Role Summary

The Integration Manager focuses on driving consistency in operations and project controls across DPR. They engage in project execution, training, workshops, and action planning to ensure best practices are adopted.

Core Responsibilities
  • Schedule and facilitate Integrated Kickoff meetings.
  • Review DPR standard, best practice, and project-specific requirements with teams and provide recommended approaches.
  • Provide training and guidance on DPR’s project management tools.
  • Assist project teams in creating workflows, starting with DPR best practices.
  • Follow up with project teams to support execution through all project phases.
  • Collaborate with regional and local Do Work leaders to reinforce the Best Builder Framework and support goals and initiatives.
  • Bridge communication between the Integration Group and local Do Work Groups to provide region-specific feedback.
  • Plan for and respond to project support requirements in the region to support consistent execution.
  • Elevate any misalignment in adoption of best practices to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively across functional groups and subsidiaries to improve implementation of project management processes.
  • Support strategic innovation aligned with DPR standards and best practices.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating process and technology risks.
  • Promote utilization of vConstruct services and coordinated workflows aligned with the BBF.
  • Assist project teams in understanding cost and schedule implications of non‑enterprise tools.
  • Develop and provide training at various levels to improve workforce competency.
  • Ensure unnecessary technology is not used on DPR projects.
  • Collaborate with innovation and construction technology groups to drive consistent execution.
  • Identify and elevate improvement opportunities regionally and across the company.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in construction industry within Operations roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of all facets of construction: preconstruction, virtual design and construction (VDC), lean, sustainability, scheduling, and operations.
  • Competency in common building systems and components.
  • Leadership, people practices, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be a self‑starter with drive to learn and adapt to changes in technology and construction.
Compensation

Anticipated starting pay range: $117,000.00 - $200,200.00
