Operations Support Description
The Operations Support Team Member role enjoys supporting a dynamic and high energy environment. They will be responsible for supporting all our company-owned retail stores with compliance to our Brand Operating Standards and being a key role in bringing our Un-Carrier Experience alive for our customers. You'll take pride in your work and work closely with our Corporate HR, Talent and Sales Leadership Team to plan and execute Brand Operating Standards with Excellence. The Store Operations Support Team exemplifies the KCI Wireless values of Making It Dope, Think Big and Make an Impact!
Responsibilities:
• Prevent loss and control shrink by performing preventative tasks and monitoring loss, company policy enforcement and programs throughout the company.
• Monitor store budgets and help reduce labor costs
• Assist in other areas related to operations and loss prevention as required by their Operations Support Team Manager.
• Provide a safe and secure store environment for KCI customers, associates, and vendors.
• Conduct surveillance on the sales floor as well as utilizing the CCTV system to identify, observe and apprehend or deter individual(s) from committing theft.
• Identify and report to KCI leadership of any potential internal theft opportunities.
• Monitor Alarm Systems.
• Manage safety and loss prevention control meetings.
• Ability to respond well to emergency situations.
• Train other employees in operation control methods.
Job Qualifications:
• Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• 1 -2 year of assets protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
• High School graduate or equivalent
• General operating knowledge of retail CCTV systems
• Able to work flexible hours including days and nights, weekends and holidays appropriate to the business needs.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
