A highly respected and established organization headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, executives, clients, and business partners.

This position plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression while supporting daily office operations, executive meetings, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

โ€ข Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and corporate guests in a professional and courteous manner

โ€ข Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming visitors and inquiries

โ€ข Answer, screen, and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system

โ€ข Manage visitor check-in procedures and coordinate guest arrivals

โ€ข Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages

โ€ข Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries as needed

โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times

Administrative Support

โ€ข Schedule meetings and conference room reservations

โ€ข Assist with calendar coordination and meeting logistics

โ€ข Coordinate catering and refreshments for executive, board, and departmental meetings

โ€ข Prepare meeting spaces and conference rooms before scheduled events

โ€ข Assist with administrative projects and office support activities

โ€ข Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Office Operations

โ€ข Monitor and replenish office and reception supplies

โ€ข Maintain inventory of front-office materials and administrative resources

โ€ข Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed

โ€ข Help ensure smooth daily operations within the corporate headquarters environment

โ€ข Support special projects and company events

What We're Looking For

โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent

โ€ข 1-3+ years of corporate receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support experience

โ€ข Professional appearance and polished communication style
