  • Support operational budgeting initiatives, labor management, cost controls, inventory oversight, and revenue protection efforts.
  • Assist in monitoring operational KPIs, labor efficiency, delivery performance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Partner closely with leadership to support operational initiatives, staffing strategies, process improvements, and business objectives.
  • Oversee safe loading, unloading, transportation, and handling procedures involving box trucks, vans, mobility equipment, batteries, and related inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and applicable DOT regulations.
  • Maintain operational reports, maintenance records, inventory documentation, and service tracking logs.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, corrective action, and performance management of operational team members.
  • Support after-hours operational escalations and urgent service-related matters as needed.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, guest satisfaction, equipment readiness, and service quality.
  • Assist with additional operational duties, projects, and leadership initiatives as assigned.
